◆Requests regarding reservations
When entering the number of participants, please do not include accompanying persons in the count.

This event requires all participants to have all the necessary materials. We also have a waiting list for cancellations. If you decide to cancel, please do so as soon as possible.

Please refrain from making reservations for both the morning and afternoon sessions and then canceling them on the day of the appointment.

Please complete registration 10-15 minutes before the start time.

• Payment of the participation fee is by cash only.

Please contact the management office as soon as possible if you need to cancel or will be late on the day of your reservation.

If you repeatedly miss events without notice or are late without prior notice, we may refuse your participation in events held at our facility.
