Payment of the participation fee will be cash only.
As this is an event where materials are prepared for the number of people, please call the management office as soon as possible in case of last-minute cancellations or late arrivals.
*If you continue to be absent without notice or arrive late without contacting us, you may not be able to participate in future events at our hotel. Also, there are customers on a waiting list for cancellations. Please refrain from making reservations for both the morning and afternoon sessions and then canceling on the day.
