When the park is open to the public, personal use such as taking a walk, playing catch with your child, or having a picnic does not require an application.

Filming Use
Taking videos or photos that go beyond the scope of personal commemorative photography constitutes an exclusive use of the space and requires application and payment.

Use of paid classes for sports, etc.
Unauthorized business activities at the Yumenoshima Park Archery Range, involving the collection of participation fees, lesson fees, etc., are prohibited as they violate Article 16, Item 7 of the Tokyo Metropolitan Parks Ordinance.

Any activity that meets all of the following requirements will be considered a commercial activity.
Requirement 1: The service is open to a wide range of users, including an unspecified number of users, and participation is solicited from them.
*This does not apply to use among friends or for public events, or events sponsored, co-sponsored, or supported by the national or local government.
Requirement 2: The purpose is to obtain financial gain, or actually obtains financial gain.
*Requirement 2 is met if the amount charged to participants is set at a rate that clearly exceeds the facility usage fee per person.

For safety reasons, the Yumenoshima Park Archery Range prohibits the use of the facility for throwing competitions or practice without permission.
Playing catch or kicking a ball around with your children is fine,
Serious ball game practice sessions among adults are prohibited.
