First time application

For the first time, you will need to register as a group by e-mail, fax, or at the reception desk, or through the reservation system.
Please fill in the necessary items on the registration application form and send it to the address below or come to the counter.

Usage

When holding international, nationwide, or metropolitan sports competitions or events, you can apply for use preferentially.
*Priority reception is limited.
Please inquire in advance as some groups and tournaments may not be eligible.

How to apply: Download the application form for priority reception, fill in the necessary information, and send it to Yumenoshima.
Please apply by fax, mail, or bring directly to the reception desk of the garden archery field.

Empty days are eligible.
Availability information will be released on the 20th day, 13 months before the date of use.

Please check the availability information and apply at the window or by fax (must arrive). If applications overlap, we will adjust the lottery etc.
First-come, first-served basis
Reception after the next day will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Please apply through the reservation system (Internet), fax, mail, or at the counter.
Usage decision
Please pay the application fee (reservation fee) by the specified date.

Please pay the remaining balance by the specified date.
Usage

After the priority reception, general reception will be held for the vacant dates.
Please refer to the above flow chart and reservation status calendar before applying.

We accept use in units of m2. It can be used for holding yoga classes.
We cannot accept use for soccer, baseball, or skateboarding.
We cannot accept events that violate public order and morals.
Basically, it is on a first-come-first-served basis, and applications at the counter will be preceded.
●Application period: From the first day of the month 12 months before the date of use.
(Example) If you wish to use in April → You can apply from April 1 of the previous year.
Due to the holiday from December 29th to January 3rd, you can apply for use in January from the 4th of the previous year.

We will accept applications for facility use on a first-come-first-served basis for dates that are available after the adjustment.

Precautions regarding facility use

Use of facilities
about

  1. On the day of use, please go to the Yumenoshima Park Archery Field Reception (hereafter referred to as the management office).
  2. Please refrain from canceling for personal reasons, as it will cause inconvenience to other users.
    Even in the unlikely event that you cancel, you will be required to pay the usage fee.
  3. Usage fees will be charged for preparation days and spare days regardless of whether or not they are used.
  4. Facilities may not be available on the day of use due to bad weather, etc.
    Please inquire directly with the facility regarding availability of facilities due to weather, etc.
  5. Please refrain from any actions that may damage the multi-purpose plaza, such as placing objects on the multi-purpose plaza, pasting tape, and driving into the multi-purpose plaza. If we find any of the above acts, we may ask you to stop using the facility.
  6. If you need to bring your luggage in advance, please be sure to consult us.
    Also, please note that we are not responsible for theft or damage of items brought in.
  7. When you have finished using the facility, please come to the management office.

Equipment for facilities

  1. If any of the facility equipment is soiled or damaged, or if you find any defects, please contact the management office immediately.
    In addition, if you intentionally or negligently damage the facility equipment, you may be asked to compensate. Please note.

  1. If you call 119 due to an injury, please be sure to contact the management office. (For entry and guidance into the park)
  2. A permit is required to drive a vehicle into the park. (Strictly slow down in the park) Please move to the parking lot after loading. Please contact the management office in advance if you wish to board the train.
  3. For inquiries about parking lots such as bus parking, please contact Yumenoshima Park Parking (TEL: 03-5569-4394).
  4. Thank you. (Management and operation of parking lots is different from the organization that manages and operates parks.)
  5. Please take all trash home with you.
