From Tokyo
- From the Shinkiba exit, go straight on the coastal road (National Route 357), make a U-turn at the first traffic light, head for Tokyo, turn right at the Yumenoshima intersection, and turn right at the second traffic light in front of Yumenoshima Stadium in Koto Ward.
- Shuto Expressway Wangan Route
From Chiba
- Take the Shinkiba exit and head towards Tokyo on the coastal road (National Route 357), turn right at the Yumenoshima intersection, and turn right at the second traffic light in front of the Yumenoshima Stadium in Koto Ward.
There is a parking lot entrance along Meiji Dori.
(Left hand if coming from Toyocho)
Look for the blue signboard.
*As of Monday, July 7, 2025, a portion of the "South Side (First) Parking Lot" has been closed.
If you come by car, you may have to wait if it is busy.
