From the Shinkiba exit, go straight on the coastal road (National Route 357), make a U-turn at the first traffic light, head for Tokyo, turn right at the Yumenoshima intersection, and turn right at the second traffic light in front of Yumenoshima Stadium in Koto Ward.

From Chiba
Take the Shinkiba Exit, head toward Tokyo on Wangan Road (Route 357), turn right at the Yumenoshima intersection, turn right at the second traffic light in front of Koto-ku Yumenoshima Stadium, and the entrance to the parking lot is located along Meiji-dori.
