[Important Notes Regarding Use]
(1) Ball games and throwing events are prohibited inside the athletics stadium. Setting up starters on the track and using spikes are not permitted. The use of open flames is also prohibited.
(2) The sale of goods, solicitation of donations, and posting or distribution of advertisements are prohibited on the facility premises without permission.
(3) Do not bring vehicles onto the field of the stadium. Also, the use of carts on the track is prohibited.
(4) Please use public transportation whenever possible. If you come by car, please be sure to use the parking lots at Yumenoshima Park or nearby. Even if your vehicle is an official vehicle, you are not allowed to park on the park paths or other areas.
*Due to construction work in the south (first) parking lot, some parking spaces are temporarily closed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

(5) Please pay the usage fee at the management office before use. You cannot start using the facilities before the management office opens.
(6) Please note that cancellations and refunds are not possible after you have started using the service.
(7) After use, please report to the management office that you have finished using the facility.
(8) Please take all your trash with you after use and clean up any damaged tracks or fields. Dragonflies are available for rent.
(9) The track and field may be in poor condition due to weather conditions, etc. If the event is held despite the possibility of significant damage to the track and field, you may be charged for the cost of restoring it to its original condition. Please make your decision regarding holding the event carefully.
(10) The facility manager cannot be held responsible for any incidents, accidents, theft, etc., inside or outside the reserved area. Users are responsible for managing and supervising the construction and operation of the installed equipment.
(11) Please refrain from any actions that may interfere with park management, such as damaging facilities, acting against public order and morals, illegal activities, violating park regulations, or causing inconvenience to other park users. We may request police intervention.
(12) Still images and videos may be taken inside the athletics stadium when it is reserved for your use. Please be careful not to include other users in your photos or videos.
(1) Please do not invite general customers into the reserved area.
14. If there are any issues related to park management, the park manager may issue corrective recommendations or orders to cease use even while the park is in use. In such cases, please comply immediately.
